On The Legal Control Of Internet Violence

The passage conducts a study about the social phenomenon of internet violence. Internet has already become a convenient tool of getting information. No doubt people are enjoying a lot of convenience brought by internet. At the same time, some disadvantages are being spread by internet. The appearance of "internet violence" just reflects this fact. The problem of internet violence has been drawn attention in the recent years. But what people care is just limited in news reports. People have not made a systematic study. So it is necessary that we should study and then eventually solve it.In order to achieve this aim, this article first gives a definition of "Internet violence" and then makes a description about its characteristics and has a discussion about the types of Internet violence. It also indentifies the range of the discussion and creates a language situation of it. After analysis, this article draws a conclusion that internet violence goes against the principles and spirits of laws and also goes against laws in nature. Therefore internet violence needs to be controlled by judging the ways of controlling net violence and learning from foreign relative experience. Further analysis has suggested that it is possible and practical to control internet violence. On this basis, we can build and develop the legal system of our country and control internet violence within limits.
