Grass-root charitable organizations are needed for development of society within various institutions. It plays a special and important role in building harmonious socialism society and functions through helping, rescuing activities etc. to melt social contradiction and promote social justice. Under current social circumstance, grass-root charitable organizations are facing various predicaments such as identification, systematization, lack of information and social source, which directly affect inborn functions.
