The Practice Logic Of Authority In Chinese Village Life

Since 1978,the economic and social reform has profoundly changed Chinese rural society.The household contract responsibility system and the system of village self-government has injected new blood for rural economic and social development.The change of the system level has profoundly changed the face of the rural.Village as a"social acquaintance"in real life are bound to be a profound impact,in natural,the authority who hold villages of influence is no exception.In this paper the problem of consciousness is in the background of the new era,in the village,what is the authority's practice of logic?Practice logic did what impact to the village?In rural society,land disputes is the most common,the view of analysis about disputes is also best way for describes the ecology of rural society,this article from the incident that the villagers begin to resist for the land assessed by the Government,in which the analysis of authority's practice of logic,as well as the impact to village life.In previous studies of rural society,the scholars focused attention to rural elites,and among the elite of the elite-the authority of the village,most of the works did not do more in-depth discussion,such as the emergence of authority,the authority having an impact on the way,the authority of logic,such as failure to conduct an in-depth exposition;and as a result of China's rural regional,diversity is very obvious that there are a number of studies that can not be effective in other parts of the problems encountered.This paper attempts to investigate the authority's practice logic and structure relationship under the specific conditions in rural life,especially the different areas authority action's outcome of specific events on the far-reaching impact on rural society,and enrich the research on the village authority.A longer period after the field research,this study found that the authority of the village outside the system gradually lost the moral responsibility,the market principle gradual led action-oriented; due to the village authority consider their own interests too much,indifferent and powerless dominated villages society,the gradual loss of authority;even for their own interests,both authority inside and outside of institution had competition and cooperation,and maximize their own interests;the authority's logic of the practice has seriously affected the settlement of disputes, finally the disputes can be resolved for legal authority involvement,but the village was going to disintegration,paid a heavy price.In this study,the view that when the state power gradual drop out from the rural community,of course,the legal authority can replace the part of functions of local authority,but to pay a huge price,the authority is necessary to retain in the village.But under the market principle of invasion, the villages will be difficult to maintain the original level of the community environment,so the weakening even loss of the village authority is a historical trend,in the future,changes of the village authority is an area of worth concern.
