The Innovative Research Of Communist Party Building Based On Network Environment

The Worldwide sweeping through network wave has brought many changes to people's production and way of life. At the meantime, it brought tremendous changes to the ruling party's environmental governance and conditions of governance. Facing the challenges of new situation, if the Chinese Communist Party is able to grasp the opportunity to advance with the times and utilise modern information and communication technology to strengthen the party's development, has become a new topic in the era. "The party's building based on network" is therefore coming into being. "The party's building based on network" carried out in line with the current reality has a great significance and far-reaching meaning to improve the party's ability, consolidate its ruling position and always maintain the advanced nature of its organisation. It is also the profound reflection of our Party's guiding ideology of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and advancing with the times. Thus, the author had a brief study to the practice of current party's development based on network.The full text consists of five sections: Chapter I, Introduction, describes the research background of party's building based on network, summarises the current status of academic research, and explains the purpose and significance of the study. Chapter II, the opportunity and challenges of party's building brought by network development, mainly from the Party's ideological, organisational, work style, building a clean government and system, five points of view, to demonstrate what opportunities and challenges have brought to Party's building by network development. Chapter III, the necessity and urgency of Party's building based on network as well as analysing issues of current Party's building based on network. In this chapter, it first demonstrates the necessity and urgency from the aspects of development of times, the advanced nature of Party organisation and raise the level of the Party's building, and then, it analyses the issues and shortcomings of current Party's building based on network from nine aspects of the current state of thinking and understanding to the Party's building, public opinion mechanisms, publicity and education, organisational management, etc. chapter IV, the Party's innovative building based on network development.
