Research On Innovative Development Of Rural Network Party Construction In The New Era

Rural network party building is the main grasp of the extension from strictly governing the party to the grass-roots level,and also an important guarantee for the realization of rural revitalization.Network Party building can not be simply understood as the use of the network to carry out party building activities,it is a new form of business,and traditional party building has both differences and links.At present,the theoretical research on network party building can not meet the needs of the times.Rural areas are limited by relevant conditions,and network party building is still in its infancy.Based on the research of other scholars,this study first puts forward the concept of network party building tentatively.Then,through the field investigation and academic discussion of rural network party building in the new era perspective,it analyses and summarizes the basic practices,experiences and problems of rural network party building,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The paper consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction.Mainly on the background and significance of the topic,research status,research ideas and methods,research focus,difficulties and innovations are described.The second part is the theoretical elaboration.This paper elaborates on the basic connotation of network party building,the basic characteristics of rural network party building in the new era,the basic functions of rural network party building in the new era,and the practical significance of rural network party building in the new era.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation.This paper investigates the achievements and problems of rural network party building in the new era mainly through questionnaires and interviews,and analyses the reasons for the problems in rural network party building in the new era.The fourth part is the countermeasure research.That is to say,in the historical position of the new era,we should integrate the resources of rural network party building;innovate the working mode of rural network party building in the goal of the new mission;improve the operation mechanism of rural network party building under the guidance of the overall planning of new ideas;and promote the leapfrog development of rural network party building at the starting point of the new journey.
