Research On The Improvement Of Product Quality Legal System

The issue of product quality is always associated with the public health and national lives. During these years,the deterioration of product quality exists frequently within the following area such as food,medicine,and other consuming products,which incur the attention of every society.This paper generally starts from the basis of legislation,law enforcement and judicature to analyze the problem of product quality in our country.Besides,it mainly use comparable analysis to inspect the product quality law system in the developed country and its theoretical framework for law executing,moreover,absorbing foreign legislative experience and theory at this realm.Based on the above framework,this paper further to analyze and explain the necessity and principle of polishing the product quality law in our country.Finally,This paper further recommends several aspects related to the product quality law construction like the establishment of product quality law system,establishment of green product quality code matching with the international standard and etc,aiming at ameliorating the product quality law and promoting the healthy evolution of current market.
