Thoughts On Improving The System Of Product Quality Labelling

As an indivisible part of the commodity economy,the labeling of product quality plays more and more important part as product information carrier,with the development of the economy and fierce competition of the product market.The quality labeling of product is the tool for product information transferring.The producers and sellers start to win the trust from the customers as they could get the quality information of the product.The government department also supervises the market base on the product labeling.Therefore,the quality labeling plays a basic role in fulfilling the market mechanism and government supervision.However,there are a lot of problems and defections in the labeling system of product quality in our country,which sets back the system playing its role effectively.This article supposes to introduce the current status of the product labeling of quality of our country,come to the problems of the system and analyze the reason.Comparing with foreign countries,we'll introduce the advanced the experience of the product labeling to explore ways to further reform and improve the system in our country.The product labeling of quality system in our country faces the problems that the laws and regulations are too principled,the law system is not well-structured and the government supervision is not enough,while Japan,the UN and America have a more advanced law system of product labeling with subsidized regulations and perfect supporting measures.The law system of product quality labeling will fulfill its role more effectively in our country if we could make the rules more detailed and the structure is well-designed,and also the supporting measures are improved.This article includes four parts:The first part will give a general introduction of the product quality labelling,including defining the definition,listing the features and classification of the labelling system.The second part would be focused on the status of product quality labeling system in China.There will be an introduction of the laws and regulations about this system and then the analysis about problems raised from the execution of the laws and regulations in practice.The third part we will introduce the advanced experiences of product quality labelling of Japan,the EU and the United States.The fourth part will point out some detailed advice and suggestions to the product quality labelling system for further improvements.
