Perfect Legal System Of Our Country Agricultural Product Quality Safety

In the economic development of the socialism initial stage, the main contradiction in China’s social comes from the gap between growing goods and cultural requirement of people and the backwardness of the principal contradiction. But our agriculture products’quality safety law didn’t follow up the development. In the background of new urbanization, I analysis the situation of agriculture products’ quality safety, find the way how to improve our agriculture products’quality safety law, in order to protect the customers and improve the quality of agriculture products.This thesis has been divided into4parts:Part1, summary of the whole thesis, explains the theoretical significance and practical significance. Part2, analysis the situation of agriculture products’ quality safety, then explain the importance of improving our agriculture products’quality law. Part3mainly talk about how foreign countries issue their laws of agriculture products’ quality safety, then I tried to find what we can learn from them. Part4give some recommend about improving our agriculture products’quality law according to our country’s situation.
