Research Of The Intellectual Property Investment Of Shareholders

The investment of intellectual property,one of the most vigorous production factors in the system of companies nowadays,is one method of goods investment.This newborn investment owns both importance and danger at the same time.On one side,it can optimize the structure of investment so as to promote the development of economy:On the other side,if we cannot control well the intellectual property investment which hides much danger behind,it can bring disaster to the society.In China,although the investment of intellectual property has occupied great in the method of investment,the legislation related has been comparatively delayed.The situation of the intellectual property investment nowadays needs urgently the improvement of the law and norms related.Therefore,further research should be carried out as soon as possible.In this article,with the careful study of the foreign countries' legislation of intellectual property investment and the objective reality of Chinese present situation,the author explains the problem,focusing on the background of the investment of intellectual property,,the choice of method of the investment of intellectual property,the evaluation system of the investment of intellectual property,the proportion of the investment,the danger of the investment of intellectual property and the prevention of such danger.With the studying of the previous point,the author hopes to give some advices to the further study and improvement of the legislation.
