The Research On Legal Issues Of Intellectual Property Investment

The trend of economic globalization emerges the characteristics of knowledgeeconomy increasingly.In today’s knowledge economy,the importance of intellectualproperty has been far more than that of material property and the intellectual propertyhas became the most crucial form of property.Therefore,we should have a study on thelegal issues of intellectual property investment and improve the fine-turning of thelegal systems of intellectual property. The purpose is not only to protect the intellectualproperty rights owners’ rights,but also to promote innovation and the development ofeconomic and social.Based on the above-mentioned backdrop,this paper makes a in-depthresearch.Object of this paper is the legal systems of intellectual propertyinvestment.This paper combine with our relevant systems and use compared researchand regulation analysis.Through the comparisons with foreign legal systems ofintellectual property investment,this paper analyzes on the defects of the system ofintellectual property investment in China.Borrowing the system design of othercountries,the author puts forward some conception and suggestion.This paper isconsisted of the following four chapters according to the logic order:The first chapter probes into the law of intellectual property investment tounderstand its basic principles, analyze the definition and characteristics of intellectualproperty investment and explore its eligibility.The second chapter analyzes the overall trend of the system of the internationalintellectual property investment on the relevant systems of all countries and thendiscuss that systems in China.The third chapter points out the defects of the legal systems of intellectualproperty investment in China and explains that our public notice and evaluation systemstill has some limits.The fourth chapter mainly discusses how to perfect the legal systems of intellectual property investment in China and some items that we should pay attentionto in practice.
