On Influence Of The Institutional Justice To Human's Freedom

Human's freedom is the basic request and ultimate goal of people in society.To the individual it is relatively and stipulated.It is influenced and restricted by kinds of social environment(especially in institutional environment).The institutional justice is the system which set up according to people's fundamental interests and factual situation of our country in design process.Its implementation is base on the principle of public,equal,fair.It includes three big areas—economic institutional justice,political institutional justice and cultural institutional justice.The institutional justice is very important to human's freedom,it is the precondition of realizing human's freedom,which had provided the equal social conditions and peace order for realizing human's freedom,including incentive mechanism.Then,it had provided a fundamental guarantee from the economic,political and cultural areas for human's freedom implementation.Therefore,in order to realize human's true freedom we must strengthen the construction of institutional justice.The research of influence that institutional justice to human's freedom is to realize human's integrated development,and then raise the degrees of human's freedom.The present Chinese institution has been groping forward,experienced a lot of tortuousness.Generally speaking, Chinese economic,political and cultural institutions are just,but it is difficult to avoid unjust,such as contradiction between human's freedom and institution.In order to solve these contradictions and unjust to promote a higher level of freedom development,Chinese institutional modernization must insist in the invariable basic institutional premise of socialism,develop social Productivity vigorously,strengthen the organic combination of the government's macro-control with the flexibility of the market economy to achieve economic institutional justice;it also need to strengthen the democratic and legal construction,improve supervisory mechanism to achieve the political institutional justice;at last,make use of the reasonable resources fully from traditional culture and foreign cultures,strengthen quality education to achieve the goal of cultural institutional justice.In short,only when we set up justice in each area,and insist on keep up with the times and innovation,we could have harmonious society and realize human's entire freedom.
