Recent years, mankind has been faced with serious ecological crisis: the greenhouse effect, ozone depletion, pollution and the transfer of waste material, shrinking forest areas, soil desertification, species extinction etc. These ecological crisis are unabated, what's more, it is going beyond ideological differences and geographical boundaries, and becoming the world issues which cause common concern. In order to solve ecological problems, all the scholars want to seek the best methods in the works of Marx to tackle the ecological crisis, digging out the philosophy of the harmony between man and nature.the author want to apprehend the relationships between people and nature, human beings and human, and social relations among each other from a new horizon by profound Marx's natural concept, which regards practice as media. Constructing a harmony relationship between mankind and nature in favor of defusing the confrontation relations between mankind and nature, and solve the increasingly serious ecological crisis.Except for foreword, there are four parts in this paper. The first part cases back the historical development process by view of logic and history: (1) Ancient Greece nature perspective of "hylozoism" ; (2) the nature perspective of machinery in Renaissance; (3) a dialectical nature perspective. It points out reasonable views and inadequacies of three kinds of nature perspectives, and put forward own points.on the basis of substantial literature, the second part of the article sort out the natural concept of Marx's basic connotation: (1) nature connotation; (2) main source of Marx's natural persprctive; (3) materialist foundation Marx's natural persprctive ; (4) mutual relations between nature and society.Part three discusses theory significance of Marx's natural perspective. (1) achieving a philosophical transform of Marx's nature perspective; (2) adhered to the position of materialism;(3) deepening the understanding of Engels's Natural Dialectics;(4) non- ontological qualities of Marxist dialectical materialism.the last part describes contemporary significance of Marx's natural concept, which has two aspects: (1)It gives us the right theoretical support to deal with our relationship between man and nature, and points out that two points of subjective and objective mode of thinking is root thought of people confronting nature, and capitalist society is the root society. Only by respecting the natural, natural treat to achieve reconciliation between man and nature; (2) pointing out the overall direction in order to solve our ecological crisis , it shows the root of epistemology and values which produce the ecological crisis, and believe that only communism is the final solution to the ecological crisis.
