Natural environment problem has become a worldwide problem, in the face of the worsening natural environment problem, we should reflect on the relationship between human and nature. Marx doctrine is not only the ideological guidance of the proletarian revolution, his view of nature can also guide us to properly handle the relationship between man and nature. In this paper, the formation process, the content and the concept of nature of Marx's view on the nature of the contemporary significance of the progressive elaboration. Through the study of Marx's attitude and perspective on natural ecology, the negative impact of the European Industrial Revolution to the natural environment in Europe in eighteenth Century was studied. And through the understanding of the natural environment problems caused by the industrial revolution in Europe, the global trend of natural environment deterioration caused by the process of economic globalization. The author to Marx's classic economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844 as a starting point, from the point of view of the theory of alienation to explain human cause of the deterioration of the natural environment, and through the understanding of Marx's natural view to find to solve the current ecological problems of its science and rationality, in order to achieve true harmony of the relationship between man and nature.
