Analysis Of The Condition Of Contemporary Environmental Human Rights

The proposition of environmental human rights is with the aggravation of environmental pollution and destruction, the global eco-crisis and also, the rareness of natural resources compared with the demand of human beings. The eco-crisis caused by environmental pollution forces people to examine the relationship of people and natural environment in a different aspect from the traditional one, which forms the practical and theoretical foundation of the proposition of environmental right. As a new perspective and way for the solution of environmental issues, environmental human rights will play an important role in the containment of the ecological deterioration and the solution of the environmental problems. So it is necessary for the further research on environmental human rights.However, there are a lot of problems in the process of developing environmental human rights, such as the lack of theory researches, the miss of the practical applications and the slow process of development. Because of those disadvantages, environmental human rights, as a measure, can not have a real function.
