The Human Resource Development In China Under The Condition Of Economic Globalization

In the 21st century, the globalization of economy is going on at a greatly accelerated pace. The competition between countries reflects more and more focally as that of quantity and quality of the human resources possessed, and it is decided, in the final analysis, by the degree and level of the exploitation of human resources. To exploit the human resources energetically is of great significance to the building of the well-off society in the next twenty years and the basic realization of modernization by the mid-century. In the globalization of economy, the exploitation of Chinese human resources faces the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges, quicken the exploitation of Chinese human resources and improve the quality of the whole nation is a question we should ponder thoroughly. In this article, in a macro and overall manner, the author adheres to the principle of applying theory to reality, combines theoretic analysis with positive analysis, analyses the present situation of the exploitation of human resources and the opportunities and challenges we face objectively and put forward the countermeasure we should take.The whole article can be divided into four parts:In the first part, the author mainly discusses the close relationship between the globalization of economy and the exploitation of human resources. With the development of productive forces and the progress of science and technology, the globalization of economy has become an important trend of the economic development in the whole world. It advances the exploitation of, sets higher demands on, and is the motive force of human resources exploitation; while the exploitation of human resources is the key point for all the countries to meet the challenges of the globalization of economy, because human resources is the first resources of the modern society, the crux of making effective use of other resources and the prop of the global economy.In the second part, the author mainly elaborates the influence of the globalization on the exploitation of Chinese human resources. The globalization of economy brings about some opportunities for the exploitation of Chinese human resources, accelerates the renewing of the ideas of the exploitation of human resources, impels the pluralization of the main bodyof exploitation of human resources, advances the adjustment of the structure of human resources, promotes the quality of talent and picks up speed in marketing the disposition of human resources. Meanwhile, the globalization of economy puts the exploitation of human resources into a severe test: it causes the exploitation of human resources to face the fierce international competition and pounds the structure of human resources seriously. The system and level of administration of the exploitation of human resources need to be further normalized and improved. It requires talent of higher quality and the non-compulsory education at home will face intense international competition.
