Aiming at the revolution of the logistics in the high tech times and the defect of the traditional algorithms, this paper adopted the novel computing methods, which is called intelligent computing methods, to solve the typical problems in military logistics delivery. Main work is as follows:The correlative theory of military logistics delivery was introduced; Research actuality of military logistics delivery was analyzed; Many ways of vehicle delivery routing optimization problem were studied; and two kinds of mathematic modeling that are both peacetime VRP with time restriction and wartime VRP with random demand were established, the frontal modeling is solved through introducing improved ant colony algorithm, the latter modeling is solved through applying improved genetic algorithm; In the end, the imitation whose data is on the based of true information is applied.It can be concluded that applying the intelligent computing methods to military logistics deliver are feasible and efficient, especially for the typical NP or NP-hard problems. The outputs of the Matlab program are creditable and reasonable. The introduction of intelligent computing methods is beneficial to precision guarantee of military logistics, which will ensure realization of precision transportation.
