Military logistics capability research is a new issue in military logistics area.It is significant to study military logistics capability in providing quick,spatial,long-range,permanent,precise logistics service and in fulfilling diversity military mission.Referring to some relevant achievements in innovative logistics,logistics capability,mathematical programming methods and logistics field,considering the characteristics of military logistics,the models and strategies of military logistics capability optimization are deeply studied.The main contents and contributions of this dissertation are summarized as follows:(1) Referring to domestic and foreign logistics capability research,the concept of military logistics capability is put forward,and its characteristic is expounded in accordance with the status of Chinese military logistics.The system architecture of military logistics capability has been built from three points of view:military logistics system abstract characteristic,military logistics constitution idiosyncrasy and military logistics activity attribute.The three categories of capabilities are named as tangible elements,intangible elements and integrated elements(15 kinds of essential factors in total).Military logistics capability is classified as "node","route" and "network" capability based on abstract characteristic.On the basis of quantity calculation method in the vector analysis,maximum circulation quantity,integrate circulation quantity and response time are deduced,through which the quantization formula for index measuring is established.By analyzing the formula,the ways to improve military logistics capability are summed up.(2) According to some relevant logistics field concepts,military node,route, network logistics capability optimization is studied by modeling,analyzing and problem solving.Logistics plan is studied to improve military node logistics capability.The relationship between input of resources and demand of users,and the logistics continuous equation have been established based on logistics momentum conservation.The military goods transshipment is studied to improve military route logistics capability,and logistics field medium is discussed.Taking the minimum consumption of the logistics field potential as an objective function,the two-hierarchy supplytree transshipment model is established and the transshipment amount of goods among the Sub-depots under different logistics field medium K is analyzed through a practical example.The continuous location method of military logistics center is studied to improve military network logistics capability.Considering minimal cost,time restrains,and the restrict condition of the obstacles,the model of multiple military logistics centers continuous location is established.Based on this model,we do simulation with the Genetic Algorithm,and the simulation resulits show the validity of this scheme.(3) Dynamical system of military logistics capability optimization is structured. Furthermore,essential motivity and resistance of optimization are analyzed.It is pointed out that service innovation is the direct motivity of military logistics capability optimization.Then the relationship between motivity factors and military logistics capability optimization is discussed.At last,related strategies on the military logistics capability optimization are analyzed by enhancing the motivity and weakening the resistance.
