As AIDS spreads to the whole world, AIDS which is the most devastating diseases in today's world that everyone fears, has been sweeping across our country. To 1995, in China the register of the number of infected persons suddenly increased from a few hundred cases each year before to 1567 cases. In those infected, there are a considerable number came from two large-scale collective Blood crowd, which is in Henan, Hubei and Hunan provinces in central rural areas early and mid-nineties, these innocent victims now are mostly middle-aged, and have their own families and children. AIDS as a result of infectious, incurable and fatal, causing AIDS patients and their families to AIDS is not a single medical problem, but also is a complex psychological, sociological issues. The study target of this survey is the victims of the two large-scale collective Blood in early twentieth century to the mid-nineties.After the AIDS' thing open to all, with the different degree of social discrimination and exclusion , the social relations of people with AIDS in rural experienced a fracture, repair, reconstruction process, the final formation of a small circle of social relations is related with intimate relationship. Objective changes in the discrimination environment lead to changes in social relations of people with AIDS, and with the changes in social relations of AIDS patients , AIDS patients themselves have gone through a dynamic psychological process ,their understanding of the discrimination environment is from unlimited exaggerated at the beginning of the disease is open gradually return to reality, and AIDS patients' different understanding of discrimination environment directly led to their different options of the survival state, which is from the initial fear of suicide gradually to accept the reality of life as well as active resistance. This study bases on the social relationship and discrimination environment of AIDS patients, the results can clarify the subjective construction of the discrimination after the AIDS' thing open to all, and also can understand AIDS patients' new realise of their own environment in different environments, and this will paly a basic role to help AIDS patients create a good environment for living. In the early phase after the disease of AIDS open to all, with AIDS patients' social relations were comprehensivly broken , AIDS patients'psychology also has changed .Under the background of Stigmatization narrative and discourse system, they began to exaggerate the subjective discrimination environment. AIDS patients' subjective exaggeration of the discrimination environment experienced a self-stigma, self-denial and self-isolation process. And with the response and reconstruction of social relations, the publication of AIDS knowledge as well as the interaction and communication between non-AIDS and AIDS ,the exaggerated environment of discrimination began to return to reality step-by-step.Through the comprehensive analysis of the AIDS' subjective exaggerating discrimination environment, we understand its causes and ways to return to reality, so in order to create a favorable living environment for AIDS, we should take all the necessary steps, we must first create a favorable subjective environment of AIDS patients' objective construction, to increase the publicity of AIDS knowledge and take a fair report to the AIDS, but also to accelerate the rational return way of AIDS to return to the reality, we should put psychological counseling to AIDS, and promot the nteraction and communication of AIDS and non-AIDS .
