A Study On Orderly Online Civic Participation

With the development of information technology,cyber political participation is an extension of citizens' political participation in field of network.Research on online civic participation in our country is on the premise of the theory of political participation and cyber political and still at the initial stage.The study is on the premise of a scicntifec(?) that citizens not only take part in studying,entertaining but also in political participating.The methods of document retrieval,observation,analysis are used in the study.It is composed of an introduction,a three-chapter Text and epilogue.In the introductory remarks,we introduce the studying method,the studying situation,the studying object,the studying significance of online civic participation.In chapter one the orderly online civic participation which will advance the process of our political civilization is discussed.In the second chapter the status and existing problems of it in our country is analyzed,that is lawful and unlawful participation,rationality and irrationality,and the disequilibrium between developed and undeveloped area coexist.In chapter three some countermeasures have been advanced to ensure the development of orderly online civic participation.They are system establishment of online civic participation,more government information publicity,more investment of network resources,cultivating civic network civilization consciousness and creating nice atmosphere of civic online participation.
