Along with the development of socialist democratic politics constructions in our country, the political participation is endowed with new era characteristics. Under the influence of "post-figurative culture" and Internet media empowerment, the identities and roles of teenagers are also changing.Corresponding to this, teenagers are increasingly becoming the leading roles of online political participation.The paper is to investigate the teenagers’ attitude and behaviors of online political participation by quantitative research and doctrinal study. First of all, this paper discussed the reality of the rise of the teenagers online political participation. From China’s political reform, economic development, cultural transformation and technological innovation four aspects to analyze the possibilities and necessities of youth online political participation. Secondly, making a quantitative analysis on the attitudes and behaviors of teenager online political participation. On the basis of survey of five high school students in Hunan Province,encoding and analyzing of the survey data, this paper analyzed the teenagers’ perceptions, attitudes and behavior characteristics about the online political participation, and the new features presented in the mobile Internet environment of communication sciences.At the same time, limited by their own cognitive abilities, affected by the mass media and the dynamic role of "imitation", "suggestion" and "infection" in the group, teenagers’ online political participation behaviors show some deviations and disorders, such as blind conformity, emotional, illegal, entertainment, etc. From the perspective of psychology, sociology and communication sciences, combining with the youths’ unique personality characteristics and psychological tendencies in the Theory of personality development,using the "group theory", "identity theory”and "cultivation theory" to analyze the underlying causes of these problems,setting up the analysis samples for the final specifications.Thirdly, the empowerment of Internet technology providing the foundation and possibility for the traditional political roles of deconstruction and teenagers as new political roles of reconstruction. The Internet provides teenagers for multiple channels and innovative angles to understand the world,enabling them to reshape their self-cognition and political cognition. Social mobility has broken the traditional class differentiation,teenagers meet the social conditions of becoming the "opinion leader". The combination of internal and external factors brings hope for the establishment of new political man.The last,proposing measures to regulate the deviation behaviors of teenagers and shape their political roles. The teenagers already meet some qualities and objective conditions of the new type of political man,so their deviant behaviors of online political participation are the primary problem to be solved. The paper proposed measures from the state, the Internet industry, network technology, network culture and teenagers themselves five levels to promote teenagers’ orderly online political participation,so as to escort for their healthy and orderly political participation behaviors.
