The Research Of Women's Rights Protection Behavior In Uygur Inhabited Rural In Arid Area

Xinjiang is located in arid and semi-arid ecological environment . Hotan is the region which is the most typical arid characteristics of the ecological environment in Xinjiang .The study taking Haneric xia village in Hotan county as study area to know and analyze women's rights protection behavior in Uygur inhabited rural in Arid area by trying to "Anatomy of the sparrow". Through the comprehensive use of sociology, psychology, ecology and knowledge as the theory basis, study women's rights and interests protection status, rights mentality, influence factors and women's rights protection measures by taking methods of documentary reference, interviews, field observation, census and survey on combination of field research .Then to get the following conclusions:(1) Firstly, analyze women's economic rights and political rights and interests, marriage and family education cultural rights and religious belief and other aspects of reality by investigating women's basic rights protection status in Xia village.(2)The use of psychological knowledge and methods, through the design of the interview situation, from the knowledge, attitude, intention analysis of the mentality of women's rights in Xia village, found that women's rights information source of village of mass communication channels, except the interpersonal communication mode, has played a very important role in women's rights and interests, but they are not comprehensive understanding of protection. Women's rights mentality also showed the characteristics of conformity, attachment (husband), lack of independent thought, and the participation of public undertakings enough enthusiasm cooperation. Women's rights in the rational, but gradually intention legal rights consciousness should be strengthened.(3)Based on the relationship between human behavior and the environment, analyses the influence of human settlements on the protection behavior of women's rights and interests in Xia village. The results indicate that the natural environment producing a certain impact and constraints on the health and marriage behaviors of women. Weak construction of infrastructure and poor environmental health conditions also extremely detrimental to the protection of women's rights, although the current state of the social and human environment played a certain positive role in the women's rights protection behavior, we can not ignore the negative influence.(4)Through the use of SPSS statistical software, the personal characteristics of women's rights and interests of the protection of their factors related to behavior analysis.(5)Based on understanding women's rights and interests protection status and analyzing the influencing factors of women's rights and interests in Xia village, proposes countermeasures and suggestions to protect women's rights and interests in arid area.
