Charity is an important part of social security system in China. It plays an important role in collecting social resource and supplying substance aid. Public trust of charity is the insurance of charity organization'normal function. If charity organization loses its public trust,it will leads to the deteriorism of charity collecting circumsta nce and the absence of collecting funds.Consequently,the charity organization can't carry on and it will bring a negative influence to the development of charity .Now there is no deeply research on public trust of charity and it is only a primary research on charity in China.Firstly, we sum up the research the on charity and public trust. Secondly,we illustrate the importance of enhancing public trust of charity and the problems in our charity' public trust. We take public trust of charity as an important research point,analyze the reason of it,and bring forward countermeasures from the ponint of government,charity organization and the society.Through literature analysis and statistics ,and looking up information on the internet and in the library,we have collected some information data on NPO,charity and charity organization both in china and abroad.Above all,it provides precious informations for our research.Through investigation questionnaire and SPSS, research datas is provided for quantitave analysis.It is found that,to enhance public trust of charity will help the development of charity organization, promote the deep development of charity, consummate our social security system,abate the conflict of differentiation between the poor and rich,aboid social turbulence, and accelerate the construction of social harmonious society.We research charity from the point of public trust, and hope to provide a suggestion for our future development in charity.
