The Investigation For Unmarried Cohabitation Problem Of University Students

In recent years, as the highly-developed economy of our country has raised the level of material-life, it has also caused the immense changes in people's values, ethics, and the moral views. To university students, who advocate freedom and individuality, the well-to-do material life causes them not only to pursue substantial spiritual-life, also to experience the self-approval life style—the unmarried cohabitation. More and more university students show a tolerant attitude to the unmarried cohabitation, which has turned the unmarried cohabitation as "the underground behavior" and individual behavior in the past into "the ground behavior" and the universal behavior in our day. And even "the villages for the unmarried cohabitation of university students" has presented around some universities. This phenomenon has been paid lose attention together by the society, the university, the guardian, and university students.The university students' unmarried cohabitation can't be judged in a simple way of right or wrong. The influence of their values is one of the important reasons, so the proper guidance needs operating through the ideological and political education. The purpose of the ideological and political education is not only to raise the level of students' ideological and political consciousness, but also to standardize their everyday behaviors. Solving the problem of the unmarried cohabitation of university students through the ideological and political education will help to strengthen the effect of the ideological and political education and enrich the practical content of the ideological and political education. Though the conclusion to the behavior of university students' unmarried cohabitation can't be drawn in a simple way, the ill effect of it is undoubted. In addition, the problem of unmarried pregnant caused by unmarried cohabitation of university students not only affects feminine physical and moral integrity and the bilateral studies, will also affect the future happy marriage. The malpractices of the university students' unmarried cohabitation have been promulgated, and also the countermeasure and thinking on how to guide university students to avoid the unmarried cohabitation are proposed in the paper.
