The Current Situation And Solution-research For Ideological And Political Education Of Undergraduate Village Cadres

It is a great decision to implement university-student-village-officer plan in the aspect of the Party and Country’s strategy which is not only for university students’employment, but also the urgent need to build a new socialist countryside and a well-off society in all-round way. How to find out their thoughts and problems existed and carry out focused ideological and political education on them and further on to improve their comprehensive quality and arouse their passions? This serves as an effective way to guarantee the smoothly implementation of the plan and achieving its expected goals.This article, based on drawing references on existed researches, with the subject of research on the ideological and political education status&solution of university-student-village-officer, conscientiously summarizes results of ideological and political education on university-student-village-officer and its shortcomings through wide research and comes up with an operational and prospective solution. It is beneficial to improve ideological and political education of university-student-village-officer and effectively solve problems existed in it and improve comprehensive and individual quality of university-student-village-officer. It is also beneficial to better realize functions of university-student-village-officer plan and promote the development of new socialist countryside.
