The Study On Intellectual Property Law Awareness Of The Undergraduates

It has made a great progress in the field of Intellectual Property , but still with a weak consciousness in our country. The undergraduates brought up by the universities are the main strength of IT professionals for the future development, so it is important to pay attention on the cultivation of the intellectual property awareness in the legal education under the new situation. The paper illustrates the current situation and proposes the cultured contents and approaches about the intellectual property law awareness of the undergraduates by the way of survey from the perspective of law awareness content and its function.It is concluded that we should enhance the education and emphasis on the cultivation of the intellectual property law awareness to the undergraduates through the series results of the survey, analyzing demonstrations and the reality that most of the undergraduates are lack of the intellectual property law awareness.
