Study On Local Government Information Publicty And Public Credibility In China

In recent year, government information does not reveals bring the public benefit suffering enormous loss; the public credibility is confronted with severe corruption and challenge. A good Government information publicity is the basis of the public credibilityThe thesis holds that government information publicity is the key to construct the public credibility. It opens out the inner-relationship between the government information publicity and the public credibility. Pass the analytical "Shaanxi South China tiger" event brings out the reasons that government's public credit undermines the government information publicity, and explores an effective way to build up government's public credit by strengthening the government information publicity.Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the thesis consists of three parts: part1 is a general introduction of government information publicity and the Public Credibility and an analysis of their relationship; part 2 is the reflection of "Shaanxi South China tiger" event, in this part the author analyse the reflection which brings out the reasons that government's public credit undermines the government information publicity. part3 tells about the construction of the public credibility through strengthen government information publicity and the complementary system building of government information, construct the new type of relationship between the central and local government.
