As the outcome of socialized production, social security is an important system, not only relating to the national economic development, but also to the social stability and the protection of human rights.Especially with deepened reformation on economic system and fast development on social economy, various requests have been put forward to the society, the function of social security also became more and more important. In recent years, we made great progress on our social security system construction, but there are still several scarcity about it, such as small-overlay, low-level, distemperedness,. etc. A unified, perfect social security system is still far away from us. How to build up a perfect social security system in our country is the utmost urgency for us, we must realize the importance of the construction on legal system of social security, and speed up lawmaking progress, so that a perfect social security system can be built up as soon as possible .In the discourse, we introduces the related concept of social security system and the legal system of social security, elaborated the significance of building up a perfect legal system of social security, generalized the current situation of the construction on legal system of social security, and analyzed existent problem on our social security system construction.
