Legal aid is on the international general guarantee mechanism of human rights, regarding the realization of justice and and the maintenance of the social order ,has the inestimable system value. Legal aid has three great values: the justice, the order, the human rights.The author in the elaboration mainly takes the legal science theory knowledge as the bases.Second topic , legal aid on farmer ,this is a big key content in our country legal aid work, elaborates present situation of legal aid work on farmer, embarks from the historical angle, and from the traditional politics, the traditional culture, the traditional legal system three aspects analyze the solution of the farmer argument, and proposes some suggestion.The third big topic ,the designated defense for court should stop, outlines briefly the history on the designated defense in our country's development, and according to the practice proposes four big reasons that the designated defense for court should stop,simultaneously briefly elaborates the minor guardian's responsibility question in the designated defense.The fourth topic, two big tendency in the development of legal aid, namely the integration on legal aid institution with 148 special legal service line, the legal aid institute participates in the complaint letter legally .The author has analyzed their difference, pointed out the non-rationality of these two big tendency and proposed these two kind of tendency should at the right moment stop.The fifth subject, the cooperation from different regions in legal aid, above all analyzes the necessity on cooperation from different regions , and three forms on cooperation :the interprovincial cooperation, the inner-city cooperation and the special famer laborer cooperation . The author simultaneously thinks the ways have four characteristics: cooperation way is repete, resources is waste;the cooperation effect is not ideal; the nature localization of the organization and the funds are important restriction factors.At last ,the author puts forward the work proposal.
