The Censorial System Of Tang Dynasty

Tang is one of the most important dynasty ,as a link,in Chinese history.Its position is attributed to series of political system which supplied the ideal political enviroment for the social flourish.The Censorial System of Tang dynasty is significant in the area of governors system management,its achievenment in system design had excelled every former dynasty.The article totally contains five chapters.The first chapter introduces the history and the definition of Censorial System,Basing on the Censorial System of Sui dynasty,Tang developed it a lot and leaded it to consummation.The second chapter introduce the governors appointment system.Before Sui dynasty,there is no dividing between governors selection and appointment. In Tang dynasty the relevant system was more strict, the central government allocated the function of selection and appointment to different departments.The third chapter introduce the governors examination system.Finished the appointment of the governors,Tang government also need to examine their morale and achievment through certain system,in order to ensure the clean and efficiency of the governors system.The fourth chapter introduce the characteristics of the Censorial System. Its characteristics are obvious.In issue of the Censorial standards,whether in apponitment or examination,it's more precise and strict.In issue of the Censorial procedure,the central government allocated the right to different department to ensure the system running smoothly.These prove that the Tang central governmet has made attention to system building.They want to control the nation thruogh system. Beacuse of this,it is also possible for this system to be anti-subjective.All the characteristics found a solid human resource base for Tang dynasty.The fifth chapter introduce the basic and core thought.Survey the Censorial System of Tang dynasty,whether on the standard or the procedure,there is a basic thought of administrating the governors strictly.And the core idea is the Humanistic Thought.We can say that the former thought is the phenomenon,and the latter thought is the essence.
