| Widely concerned by forces in each country all along, the effect evaluation of Psychological Operations (PSYOP) leaflets is a difficulty in relevant studies. Based on the systematic explanation on general issues and theories of PSYOP leaflets evaluation, the thesis starts with the lifecycle of PSYOP participated by leaflets, involving design, production, delivery and psychological attack of leaflets, to detailedly explore various factors that impact the effect of PSYOP, and then constructs an index system of the effect evaluation on PSYOP leaflets. Furthermore, aiming to the verification of scientificalness and feasibility of the index system, the thesis uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine weights of indices, and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM) to evaluate the effect of leaflets for the purpose of verifying if the index system could reflect the actual effect of leaflets in PSYOP.
