Subprime crisis occurred in the United States has brought the global financial turmoil. It triggered the decline of whole world economy. From the second half of 2008, the international financial crisis has become even more violent and China's real economy has also been impacted so the economic growth has begun to slow down, import and export trade has remained in the doldrums, business orders has kept declining, a large number of export processing enterprises are in the stop or semi-stop producing state, many businesses overwhelmed bankruptcy, large numbers of workers lost their jobs and re-employment situation is becoming increasingly grim. Zambian state has not been an exception under the impact of the financial crisis. The impacts of the financial crisis on employment and reemployment are as followings:the energy mining, wood processing, textiles and paper and other labor-intensive export-oriented enterprises were hardest hit; followed by the manufacturing, foreign-invested enterprises and SMEs, and these enterprises are the main body of employment, so laid-off workers and the difficulties in the employment of workers are suffering the most serious impacts; third, because of the down growth economy. The slow recovery process and uncertain prospects for economic development make the continued weakening of pulling employability and jobs declining, squeezing urban employment further, resulting in the more difficulty of re-employment of laid-off workers.This paper, based on the Marxist theory of ideological and political education as well as large amounts of detailed data for the practice of support, deeply analysis the basic characteristics and causes of the re-employment of laid-off workers in Zambian in global financial crisis, seriously consider the difficulties to solve this problem, and strive to start from the change inlaid-off workers' ideas and improve their own qualities, actively explore breakthrough methods and measures of solutions to difficulties in re-employing. Make new contributions to the realization of" maintain growth, protect people's livelihood, ensure stability, "ensuring stable and rapid economic development and promoting re-employment of unemployed persons.
