Research On Manage Mechanism And Effect Judgment For Ideological & Political Education Of Combat Army

In the new era,along with the further development of the multipolarized political condition,globalized economy, informationized society,diversified life-style and the preparation for military struggle ,the Ideological & Political Education for combat army is facing arare chance as well as a severe challenge. It is an urgent task to be studied and solved for combat army's Ideological & Political Education Management, and the objectives of this management including, how to adapt to the ever changing situations and tasks, how to further promote Ideological & Political Education, ensure the right political orientation of the army, and provide forceful spiritual motive to accomplish various assigned tasks. Based on abundant relevant data and in-depth researches, this article focus on the combat army, and firstly, introduces the complex situations faced in front of our army's Ideological & Political Education and concludes the present conditions of Ideological & Political Education researches in and out of China. Secondly, this article explains the basic meanings, features, functions, and tasks of the combat army's Ideological & Political Education Management, illustrates the existing problems, and analyzed their causes as well as the lessons. Thirdly, analyzes the content of Ideological & Political Education; we find out that it is necessary to make uniform description of the manage mechanism, so that each one can approach the agreement on the manage mechanism. and analyzes the relationship between the manage mechanism and C4ISR architecture products. It applies the main products, such as Operational Node Connectivity Description , Organizational Relationships Chart, Operational Activity Model, Operational Rules Model, in describing manage mechanism. Finally, setting an infantry as an example, this paper sets up index system of Ideological & Political Education; researches fuzzy synthetic judge method and Fuzzy C-Means, and gives its application in Ideological & Political Education, the experiment results show that our research achievements are effective and practical.
