An urgent problem facing the ideological and political education is improving its orientation and efficiency. The research on the driving force of the ideological and political education not only theoretically enlarges and enriches the education but practically explores and improves it.This paper explores every element and segment of the driving force system on the topic of ideological and political education. The writer believes that the driving force is the general designation of the acting forces which positively influence the process and development of the ideological and political education. As a gigantic driving force system to deepen ideological and political education, it is formed by many factors, in which each acts individually to its own rule and at the same time mutually exerts influence to each other. And with its direction, strength, the forces have its effective principles and rules to probe into, according to which a scientific and complete power system can be constructed and operates well to improve the orientation and efficiency of the ideological and political education. It contains four parts:In the first part, after the comments on the general definition of dynamics as well as the induction of the present achievements, the writer tries to explain what is the driving forces of the ideological and political education exactly ,based on which the writer discusses the significance of dynamic problems of ideological and political education both theoretically and practically.The second part longitudinally and horizontally takes up the analysis of the driving force system. Longitudinally it interprets the contents from the deepest, middle and surface level and their relations; horizontally it explains the dynamics of educational and the receiving subjects, as well as makes a classification. It also includes the classification of dynamic media and how it works.The third part explores three functioning doctrines of the driving forces of ideological and political education from the aspect of dynamics: principle of transmitting, of convergence and divergence, of feedback; in the meantime discusses the problems of its direction and intensity.The fourth part puts forth several suggestions to optimize dynamic system, including politics, environment, benefit, competition, public opinions, culture, etc. based on the importance of perfect driving forces.This paper does research on the problems of the driving forces of ideological and political education with the aid of the theoretical knowledge on sociology, psychology and administration. Comparing with the other achievements, the feature of this paper is not a single analysis of the driving force from a single aspect, but a systematic and complete research on it. In a word, this thesis contains a static and dynamic research upon the driving force system, as well as dynamic study on educational subjects and recpting subjects. Based on a comprehensive analysis, this paper proposes some manipulating suggestions about optimized dynamic system so as to promote the orientation and efficiency of the ideological and political education.
