Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of The Combat Training In High Altitude Regions

Carrying out the combat training in the high altitude regions has great significance for improving the combat capability of inland troops who take on tasks in the high altitude regions and promoting the preparation for military struggle in the west. In the training, officers and soldiers are confronted with various challenges and their ideological and psychological pressure is badly exacerbated so that all kinds of problem appear, which is disadvantageous to the combat training. Therefore, to explore the way for the ideological and political education in combat training in the high altitude regions and to help officers and soldiers keep positive ideological and psychological condition are really important to successfully accomplish combat training tasks in the high altitude region and heighten the efficiency of the training.This study sorts out the experience of the combat training in high altitude regions carried out by the troops in low altitude regions, and interviews and surveys the commander, staffs and basic officers and soldiers in these troops. Beside, the contrast study and literature researching are also used. Based on the investigation, it is summarized and analyzed the main problems in the ideological and political education of the combat training in high altitude regions and its reason. And then, it is discussed the countermeasures to promote this kind of ideological and political education. The thesis consists of four parts: the first chapter is introduction, stating the reason and significance of choosing the topic, status quo of the study, methodology and the innovative point; Chapter two summarizes the ideological and political education of the combat training in high altitude regions, mainly illustrating the conception, fundamental content, feature and function; the next part summarizes the current problems of this ideological and political education and its reason; and in last chapter, the exploration of the improvement of the specific ideological and political education is discussed, and suggestions are proposed in the perspective of updating idea, innovating the methods, enhancing the development of mechanism etc.
