Research On Legal System About Corruption Combat And Clean Government Of Chinese Communist

Combating corruption and building a clean government is not only an important part in optimizing party building, but is also a significant political issue concerns socialist modernization drive. Since the 16th NPC, especially after the 17th NPC, our party has made clear basic requirements about combating corruption and building a clean government. Emphasizes the legal construction will play a major role in punishing and preventing the corruption. The article summarizes the course and achievements of CPC in combating corruption, points out the questions in the crusade against corruption in new century, and analyzes the causes from the economical, political, cultural as well as the law modernization angles, then, refers to "Establishment and Perfection of Punishment and Prevention System against Corruption 2008--2012 Work Plan", tries to construct legislative system about combating corruption and building a clean government from democracy and supervision within the Party, administrative behavior, punishment, actuating mechanism, legislation, honest politics and international legislation. In order to direct the theories and practices about corruption into the orbit of legal system and advance implementation of managing state affairs according to law.
