Law, and build a socialist country ruled by law, has become a society-wide consensus. In the process of China's rule of law, we must cater for the nation. China is a multi-ethnic country, and is a mainly rural society, which inevitably there are some deep-rooted customs and habits of the people, which is also used to maintain the national or the order of the village, to a very short period of time to eliminate it entirely by state law to maintain, it will inevitably give rise to conflicts. At the time of writing this article, the writer from the three major aspects to be discussed. First of all, in this paper to define a "living law" "to die" based on the concept of the characteristics of their origin, as well as their positive and negative, and secondly,on their complementary relationship between conflict and, finally, the analysis of Contemporary trends in the value of the rule of law, based on the rule of law in China on the direction of the road, as well as the two complement each other on the road of the rule of law in contemporary China Construction impact.
