Study On Transfer Of Right To The Use Of Rural Housing Land And Reflection On The "Houses With Incomplete Property Right" In China

Free transfer is limited in China currently, which brings on the boom of invisible market for private transaction in the houses on the rural housing land -the so-called "houses with incomplete property right", and disputes thereof rise year by year. It is an inevitable task to standize and perfect the transfer system of right to the use of rural housing land. I hereby make analysis on the existing problems in transfer of right to the use of rural housing land, give a demonstration of the feasibility of free transfer of right to the use of rural housing land and provide suggestions on perfecting our transfer system of right to the use of rural housing land under the situation of our country.
