Taxi industry is the provision of public services and public interest is directly related industries, urban public transportation as an important component of the development of the taxi industry has been concern in the community. In recent years, the taxi industry has exposed the many problems in the media has always been the good old topic. Taxi drivers petition outage,tired of sudden death, and disorder operators car, taxi companies exploit staff, the transfer of a taxi permit price, the question many, many different causes, but the reasons are deep-seated and taxi business management system related to the taxi industry as the core system franchise system are inseparable. Status of domestic car industry, the taxi industry through the franchise system, the theoretical analysis and empirical research has clarified the Government of the relevant franchise theory, to identify deficiencies in the current system, due to restricted access to the taxi industry, the number of control, the existence of control prices, resulting in industry profits in the government, taxi companies and taxi drivers of the deformity between the distribution of business enterprises to obtain a taxi monopoly interests, lead to strong resentment among taxi drivers.The taxi industry should not be a franchise, because the taxi industry to implement the basis of franchising is insufficient, the taxi industry does not meet the conditions of setting franchise and the implementation of the taxi industry does not meet the validity of the franchise. Britain and the United States introduced the practice of control of the taxi industry with a useful experience, combined with the premise that the condition of our country and put forward the abolition of discrimination in access to relax the number of control prices, change the role of taxi companies, and strengthen the quality and safety control, and promote competition and the development of the taxi industry reform proposals.
