The Legal Governance Of Illegal Taxi

With the social and economic development, people travel by taxi is increasingly becoming an indispensable means of transport.But with the taxi industry, the black taxi is also developed in various cities. Black cab effect the normal market order, and hinder the government's management and brought many social problems. In recent years, local governments recognize the adverse impact of the black cab, a series of measures and increased efforts to crack down, but the results are unsatisfactory, black have not disappeared because of the hit, but always able to avoid the limelight and active again. To find why it is difficult to control is radical significant.This paper mainly adopted literature research and comparative analysis and other methods to study the reasons for the black taxi and based on existing law governance to make recommendations.By drawing on existing research results, the authors summed up the reasons why the black cab is difficult to control due to the government's weak governance, the management system of the taxi industry disadvantages, inadequate supply of taxis and other aspects of the market causes. However, obtain forfurther analysis,the black taxis's development, flooding and difficult to control is cause of the existing management system defects, and only address this fundamental issue, to control the root causes of the black taxi problem is possilble.Completely solving the problem of the black taxi is a systematic project, there are deeper underlying social problems, public transportation and other factors, because of the limited capacity and expertise, the author is not in depth. This article focuses on the management system for the taxi industry and make recommendations, hope to can be beneficial to the black taxi problem solving.
