Governance Theory has become a hot topic since 20 century 90's, it has taken abroad attention in academia, and has been practiced in many nations' administrative reform. Moreover, Governance brought us a new view:: let government, market and civil society combine together to manage public administration. Governance Theory can also be use in our nation's administration reform. Its view can help to resolve some deep problem which brought by the reform, it can lead Chinese administration to modern administration. So we'd better make the best of Governance. However, we shouldn't copy the whole theory blindly. We ought to consider the situation of our nation, and then analysis it's application in China, make use of "Governance" rationally, only by this way, we can get the best effect.This article analyzed and point out that good governance is the key to construct harmonious society on the basic of constructing socialistic harmonious society nowadays. Then we analyzed the status quo and difficult position of pubic governance in our country today, and introduced how to learn from Governance Theory to build our harmonious governance, especially suggest that government is still important to governance in our country. Built a socialistic harmonious society is our ideal and goal, and harmonious governance is the key to construct harmonious society, so whether Governance Theory can be used and how to use it in China, need to connect our goal and analyze the status quo, disadvantages and new character of our governance. Then we can find a way. The fourth part is about how to use Governance Theory and how to realize good governance in China. In other words, this part describes how to realize Chinese harmonious governance in detail, and suggest a multiple governance model in which government is still important. This part also in including discussion of how to build harmonious governance in some point of view, such as government, society and the harmony of behalf.The fifth part is an example of reconstruction of old house in Fushun. We always discover common character in individual, so this part is in the purpose of proving whether good governance in China that this article has advised is reasonable.
