To Innovate The Content System For Ideological And Political Education Guided By Scientific Outlook On Development

Ideological and Political Education is the political advantage of our Chinese Communist Party all the time. The party's structuring on the content of Ideological and Political Education in each historical periods shows creative processes of it. During the past 80 years or more, the whole building of the content of Ideological and Political Education has experienced some historical stages and has gained much success. Scientific outlook of development is a scientific theory that is in one continuous line with the with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Tse-tung Thought, Deng Xiaoping theory , The view of Three Represents and it keeps pace with times. It's also an important strategic thought that we must insist and carry out to develop Chinese special social democracy. Therefore, renewing the system of Ideological and Political Education is the heritance of the historical experience of our party and the indispensible demands of scientific outlook of development as well.At the present social historical stage, the system of Ideological and Political Education has its own problems and faces new challenges constantly. It mainly shows that the content of Ideological and Political Education is not adjusted to the demand of the educational targets that the contents and targets occurd to be in a mess. The content of the whole building of Ideological and Political Education also has several differences in some historical stages when we make choices and carry out them, such as the phenomenon of discrimination, division of the contents, overlook on the hierarchy of the content , limitations of value orientation, etc.If we want to renew the system of content of Ideological and Political Education, taking the scientific outlook of development as a guider ,we should not only solve the problems existing in the old system but also innovate the building of content of Ideological and Political Education according to the new situation. We should provide the practice of Ideological and Political Education with scientific guide and with the innovation of theoretical structure. The main thought of the innovation of Ideological and Political Education that takes Scientific outlook of development as a guide is to make content building completive and favorite on the basis of complete and scientific iIdeological principle and methods in the survey. At first, I will discuss the stable system and logical developing model of Ideological and Political Education to realize the scientific principle of the content building. Then I will construct the content of of Ideological and Political Education according to the former logic .Innovating the specific content of the Ideological and Political Education can make it adapt to the demands of scientific outlook of development to a greater extent. Finally, according to the demands of scientific outlook of development, facing the problems of the content and structure of Ideological and Political Education, I suggest that we should optimize the content and structure to ensure the innovation of the content to be completive , coordinative and sustainable.
