Study On Political Achievement Perceptive Under The View Of Scientific Outlook On Development

Since reform and opening to the outside world, majority cadres at all levels in the Party and government comprehend the political achievement perceptive correctly and have done a lot of tangible work. However, we should also clearly realize that there are still vanity performance attitudes of some leading cadres, such as over-ambitious, seeking short-term profits, impatient, over-chasing fame and fortune, fraud, deceive leaders and subordinates, etc. Vanity performance attitude will damage the interests of the people, undermine the government’s image, corrupt cadres, hamper the implementation of the Party’s principles and policies, and threaten the social stability. Correct political achievement view is based on correct world and life outlook. It is a correct attitude to treat and pursuit political achievements. It is a comprehensive, practical, developing and public political achievement view fit to the scientific outlook on development. Correct political achievement view reflects directly the performance values of leading cadres, and it’s the ideological foundation for the leading cadres to create scientific achievements. It has the basic characteristics of distinctive scientific, comprehensive, public, dialectical, historical, etc. Scientific outlook on development is the premise and basis of establishing a correct political achievement view. Correct political achievement view is based on Marxist philosophy. Establishing correct political achievement view is the important guarantee and concrete embodiment for the practice of scientific outlook on development, is the essential requirement of the "Three Represents" important thought, is a important task to build strengthen Party. In order to establish a correct political achievement view, we must strengthen the study and education to leading cadres to improve their theoretical and professional qualities. We must improve the system of selecting and appointing the leading cadres, the system of rewards and penalties to the leading cadres, the system of power balance and supervision, and establish and complete the mechanism for leading cadres’ performance evaluation.
