With the implementation of Labor Contract Law, the labor relations of enterprise have greatly improved. Although the contract can't solve all the problems, the right of the workers can be protected basically because of the contract. Nowadays, the states of labor relations of private enterprise are improved gradually in our country. What's more, it will be improved more quickly. But the problems are still prominent; the unharmonious of labor relations still restrict the development of private enterprise.This paper takes the labor relation management of private enterprises as the object of study, discusses how to conduct the labor relation management from the perspective of the Labor Contract Law and promote private enterprises a healthy growth. The basic framework of this article is: firstly, put forward the question and review some relevant researches both home and abroad; Secondly, analyze how the Labor Contract Law impact labor relations of private enterprises from a perspective of law. It shows the opinion that the Labor Contract Law brings the private enterprises throes in the short term but in the long term, Labor Contract Law can provide the chance for the enterprises to change their management methods, enhance the management level, and enhance its competitiveness, which can maintain the fundamental interests of enterprises. Next, through the survey of some 40 private enterprises and the description of the state of labor relations of the private enterprises after the Labor Contract Law's implementation, it comes to the conclusion that the Chinese private enterprises generally have an inharmonious labor relation. This article briefly analyzes the reason of the inharmony, and through a case, analyzes in depth the importance of labor relations to the development of enterprises. Finally, it proposes the private enterprises' managers should integrate the people-oriented concept, labor relations and human resources management concept with the enterprises daily management. With the premise of implementing the Labor Contract Law, we should build a harmonious labor relation with the efforts of government, enterprise and employee. Government should strengthen the implementation of laws and regulations, establish and improve the tripartite coordination mechanism; enterprise should integrate the psychological contracts and labor contracts, consummate internal rules, and change internal management; employee should enhance their own consciousness of sticking up their own rights and integrity. With the joint efforts of the three, we can promote a healthy development of private enterprises.
