Study To The Youth Work In "the Two New" Organization At Present

With the development of socialist market economy since the Reform and Opening-up Policy, the new economic organization and new socialist organization (hereinafter referred to as "the two new" organization) are becoming more and more important to Chinese economic and social life, which plays a key role in stimulating economic develop thoroughly and continuously. In the condition of rapid development of "two new" organization and deep influence in youth, more and more youth become important objects to concern. Consolidate the mass foundation and expand the coverage of youth organization of "the two new" organization is an urgent task now and late future.This paper thinks to start "two new" youth organization must adhere to the principle of "combine with serving for the social, servicing for the enterprises and serving the youth together", through deep rooting in social resources and conform the resources to form brand advantage and cultural superiority of party-mass in market economy. Develop and utilize of youth human resources to form advantages of both resources and knowledge in market economic, innovate services positively for the youth in "the two new" organization, etc. and finally to reach the target of expanding and consolidating the youth mass foundation of the Party in the "two new organization".This paper uses sociology, politics and Party building theory to try to explore a new work mode and a new method in developing youth work, with the use of socialization and community organization idea in "the two new organization" field, thus, to realize a better coverage of this organization. At the same time, through the study to put forward an idea that through the construction of Party socialization work, improve "two new" youth organization structure and develop new young party to adapt to new situation of "two new" youth organization.From the study view, this paper highlight on multidisciplinary. From the case study, Changning District, which I chose is outstanding in economic development, the Party construction and youth work, etc, especially some practice experience in the "two new" work. It is a good example for youth work in other areas. From the study content, it pay special attention to those problems which led from outer environment such as enterprise operation and management mold in "the two" youth work. It is different from what we did before just analyze from inner environment. This paper proposes an initial conceive about perfecting youth work in the Party on the basis of analyzing the nowadays "the two" youth work. This will impact actively on enriching "the new" youth work theory.This paper contains six parts:Firstly, mainly illustrating the study background, purpose, its theoretical meaning and practical value, define the relevant conception, order the relevant research results, introduce the adopted research methods and frames in this paper.Secondly, through explanation of what "the two new" organization has done in economic social and dialysis the characteristics to point out the meaning of strengthening "two new" youth work, from consolidating youth mass foundation, developing economic construction and expanding the CY function.Thirdly, take Changning District as an example to analysis distribution rate of "two new" organization did in economic in Changning District, to research the history background which "the two new" organization youth work in Changning District and introduce the grow line of its "two new" youth work.Fourthly, take Changning District as an example to summarize the experience which the "two new" youth work formalized from organization structure, work path, organization support and basic guarantee, etc..Fifthly, start from both outer and inner environment of "two new" organization center on work mechanism, work content, work method and work teams, etc. to analysis the reason that restrict "two new" youth work.Sixthly, regarding to that theory is not combine with practical experience, it proposes further to improve Party youth work conceive, discuss to promote effective combination of "two new" youth work, propose three effective ways through socialization and society-based theories to promote " two new" youth work.
