Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Youth Social Organizations In Qianjiang District

With the development of market economic system and the change of social structure,the traditional government-governing mode is difficult to satisfy the demands of social management.Therefore,the government is attaching more and more attention to social management,for example,the government attaches great importance to getting social organization develop in a healthy way.For all the social organizations,social organizations for youths have attracted more attention,which are witnessing a flourish development.Now,we can see that the social organizations for youths are being well developed.However,there are still some problems suffered by these social organizations for youth.Anyway,no matter for the organizations or for these organizations to take part social governance,it is mandatory for us to care about these problems and try our best to solve them.This paper studies the youth social organizations in Hanjiang District.By following the research ideology "propose problems—analyze causes—propose solutions",this paper extracts the theoretical achievements both at home and abroad via document analysis method,survey research and comparison.Then,this paper proposes some key problems suffered by the development of youth social organizations,like ambiguous organizational identity,non-well-done management,lack of resources and no good competition etc.This paper analyzes the causes and learns the experiences from youth social organizations in foreign countries,by which it gives suggestions in three aspects—perfect the government-governing system,strengthen the guidance services role played by youth social organizations and enhance the self-development ability of youth social organizations.Being as a new form for youth development,youth social organizations has become a hot topic in the world.Based on the situation in Hanjiang District,this paper analyzes the problems and causes suffered by development of youth social organizations.Then,it proposes some feasible suggestions.Anyway,it is hoped that this paper can provide guidance for healthy and sequential development of the youth social organizations in Hanjiang District,trying to make youth social organizations be an efficient energy for the bright development of Hanjiang District.
