Research On The United Front Work Of New Social Class Youth Groups In Chenggong District, Kunming City

The United front is an important magic weapon summed up by the practice of the long-term revolution and construction of the Communist Party of China,which is conducive to expanding the mass base of the Communist Party of China and consolidating its ruling position.Today,the United front is still an important magic weapon for the Communist Party of China to carry out mass work,and it plays a very important and important role in carrying out mass work for the people of the new social class through the United front.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that we should focus on the overall situation of party and state work,base ourselves on the changing new situation,and deeply understand the extreme importance of further consolidating and developing the United front.The new social stratum is the product of the reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy.Under the social environment such as the continuous deepening of the reform and opening up,the loosening of the employment system and the various ways of employment flow,the new social stratum is constantly developing and expanding,which has become an important force in the economic and social development.In the face of this potential new force,it is necessary to better play the role of the United front,education to guide them to play a positive role.Strengthening the United front work of the new social strata is conducive to consolidating and expanding the mass base of the Communist Party of China,improving the scientific nature of party committees and governments at all levels in making decisions,speeding up the pace of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and promoting economic development and maintaining social stability.There are more emerging economies in Chenggong district of Kunming,which are dominated by Internet economy,and there are more than ten provincial important universities in the region,and there is the largest youth entrepreneurship park in Yunnan Province.Chenggong District in the new social strata and the youth groups included in it are typicalrepresentative in Yunnan Province.This thesis chooses Chenggong District as the model of investigation,through questionnaire survey and field interview,carries out extensive investigation on the situation of the new social class youth group and the United front work in this area,understands the industry distribution,ideological situation,value orientation and interest demand of the new social class youth group in this area,combines the United front work of the new social class youth group at present stage,analyzes the existing problems in the United front work practice of the new social class youth group at present,and then puts forward some ideas and suggestions for strengthening the United front work of the new social class youth group in Chenggong District of Kunming,and provides some suggestions for the in-depth study of the United front work of the new social class youth group at present for reference.Through the research,it is further found that according to the characteristics of the youth groups in the new social class,the ideological and political work must be effectively integrated in the United front work in order to better guide them to enhance their political identity,gather social consensus,and maintain ideological security.
