Study On The Construction Of Communist Youth League Organization At District Level

With the adjustment of economic structure and the rapid development of urbanization, district level city has been attracting young people from other areas because of strong comprehensive strength. Due to this situation, District level Youth League encounter a large number of new problems and effectiveness of communist youth league organization’s work. This problem needs to be solved.According to related information including working reports, this research based on organizational management theory will select communist youth league organization at district level as study object and take W district as an example. All of these will contribute to knowing the structure and function of communist youth league organization at W district, the construction of youth league members, further education and training of cadres, team construction, basic work of communist youth league organization and so on. Under this background, this research will point out some issues. this research will analyze these issues in order to explore specific reasons. Last but not least, referring to construction management experience of communist youth league organization home and abroad, this research put forward suitable suggestions.My study results showed:(1)district level city has been attracting young people from other areas District level Youth League encounter a large number of new problems.including communist youth league organization coverage existing blind area, cadres’ quality not corresponding to current work, lacking long-term operation mechanism, less influence of communist youth league organization and other issues.(2) this research will analyze these issues in order to explore specific reasons. During this research, we find that high level mobility of youth, misunderstanding of social youth organizations, non-public business owners’ incomplete knowledge, shortage of enough experience and vitality of cadres, lacking improved incentive mechanism, lacking effective financing guarantee, different trends of ideological thinking, missing position of communist youth league organization.(3)Last but not least, referring to construction management experience of communist youth league organization home and abroad, this research put forward suitable suggestions. Insisting on party construction promoting communist youth league organization construction, innovating mode of communist youth league organization construction and strengthening the youth social organizations work will improve group’s network. Making cadres have professional capability, innovating training methods and measures for cadres and optimizing team management model will enhance the cadres’ team construction level. Improving connection system in the communist youth league organization, correcting selection and appointment system, perfecting the incentive evaluation mechanism and establishing mechanism for constraint and safeguard will improve operating mechanism’s construction. Making business owners feel assured, helping young people positive, strengthening working position’s construction of communist youth league organization and taking active attitudes towards reform and innovation will make communist youth league organization more attractive.
