Study On The Political And Ideological Work Of Current Development Of Rural Area

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all other work. Ideological and political work in rural areas is an extremely important part of the Party's ideological and political work, and one of the means used by the Party and Government to implement the ideological and political education to farmers. China is a country where agricultural population accounts for the vast majority; "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers" is related to the stability and development of the whole country. Therefore, the glorious cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics can only be fulfilled when the issue of "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers" is effectively solved. Its advangtages and function will be maximized in new countryside construction and will help the development of rural society and the economy develop fully, sustainably and rapidly only if ideological and political work is strengthened and improved. In recent years, ideological and political work in rural areas has achieved some results, but many problems has also been exposed. Therefore, based on the reality of the rural and social development, it is very important to research into the ideological and political work in rural areas systematically to explore a set of effective ideological and political education approaches that practice in line with the reality of China's rural areas. This paper attempts to explore more in this respect.This dessertation is divided into four parts.Proceeding from the meaning of the ideological and political work and the effects of it upon current rural and social development, the first part analyzes the important role of the ideological and political work in rural areas of building a harmonious socialist new countryside, fostering the development of rural spiritual civilization, cultivating and training socialist new farmers and promoting harmony development of rural society.Proceeding from the main contents of the ideological and political work in rural area and targeting its new tasks, the second part discusses the current focus of ideological and political work in rural areas, combined with organizational system and working methods of ideological and political work in rural areas.The third part, based on the current actual situation in rural areas, sets forth the main problems of ideological and political work in rural areas and indicates that the existence of these problems affected the pertinency and efficacy of ideological and political work in rural areas.The fourth part, from the viewpiont of the problems and their causes of the ideological and political work in rural areas, proposes countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work in rural areas, combined the tasks of current rural and social development and the actual needs of farmers. These measures are used to solve ideological problems of farmers, enhance the effects of ideological and political work and make the farmers approve ideological and political work.
