Study On Ideological And Political Work Development Of State-owned Enterprise From The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

Ideological and political work of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) is a major component of the ideological and political work of the CPC. Over the past 30 years of reform and opening-up, SOE’s stock adjustment and transformation of management mechanism has triggered the staged transition of ideological and political work in the operating, intrinsic structure and corporate value. However, when being immersed in the elation that ideological and political work getting rid of the history of "Left", we’ve already be thrown into the new bewilderment of SOE’ s ideological and political work, which is, on the one hand, the predicament of SOE’ s ideological and political work getting involved in "political malfunction" in the context of market economy; on the other hand value and honesty missing under the impact of companies’ multiple interests, for which lots of troubled issues ensued. In new period, many questions need to be answered:how to achieve the self-transition and development of SOE’s ideological and political work; how to get involved and share the feelings with the majority of workers, and in the meantime how to maintain a reasonable tension between SOE’s economic work, therefore truly play the role of the economic backbone to serve the decision-making process of forming a harmonious society?Based on the theories of "harmonious society", this article tries to let the readers understand the requirements of the times over SOE’s ideological and political work which is proposed by the current harmonious society building from the evolution of SOE’s ideological and political work in the new era. Based on the case study of SOE in Yangpu District, this article elaborates the predicament and its underlying reasons of the current SOE’s ideological and political work, so as to testify the assumption of this article:SOE’s Ideological and Political Work cannot be trapped in the partial "change" or "innovation", instead, it should be placed in the background of "harmonious society" to systematically consider the direction of development from the perspective of work ethic, work system, working mechanism, team building and methods. As a result, it can impel SOE’s ideological and political work to play the role of "lifeline" of economic work as the current society’s macroeconomic objectives require.
