The Theoretical Characteristics And Practical Significance Of The Thinking About A Harmonious Socialist Society

Since the 16th CPC National Congress, building Socialist Harmonious Society is a Major strategic task Proposed by The CPC Central Committee which is lead by General Secretary of Hu Jintao. Since our party has put forward the goal of actively building a socialist harmonious society, Domestic academia has reached an increasing depth and has achieved remarkable achievements. But building a harmonious socialist society is a difficult and complex systems project. It still needs a large number of in-depth study. The purpose of this paper discusses theoretical characteristics and Practical significance accurately and concisely, it also points out the development of the ancient and the modern of this theory by which we can keep a whole conception of the theory in our mind and enhance our confidence of Building a harmonious socialist society.In this paper ,the author applies the Marxist-Leninist stands, view points and methods to conduct a systematic analysis on the theoretical characteristics and the practical significance of socialist harmonious society ,by doing this, the author consults with a variety of literatures as well as the latest academic research results ,and holds that theory must be contacted with practice and history。The Paper has four parts. The first parts mainly analyzes the Origin of Socialist Harmonious Society theory, describes some ancient and modern thinkers of"harmonious"and"harmonious society"ideology. The second part focuses on the formation process of the thinking about a harmonious socialist society and clarifies the outstanding contributions Chinese Communists made in the journey to explore social harmony generation from generation. The third part explains the meaning of a harmonious socialist society and points out the guiding ideology, principles ,scientific meaning,objectives, tasks and the requirements of reality and focuses on the characteristics of this theory. The fourth part discusses the practical significance from the party's governing capacity and economic and social development aspects of building a socialist harmonious society. Finally it comes to the conclusion :Socialist Harmonious Society is not Utopian socialism but a scientific theory, We will be able to build a harmonious society in china as long as we unswervingly adhere to the party's leadership.
